iThrive is actively growing our team with Assistant Community Managers & Community Ambassadors. We are seeking friendly, analytical, and detail-oriented people to join our team. You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence. This is your opportunity to take ownership and responsibility of a mission-driven business with the complete support and experience of the executive team. An Asssistant Community Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations at the coworking space, provides support to members, and directly impacts membership growth and retention.

A Community Ambassador is a leader within the community, who serves as an extension of the iThrive team. Community Ambassadors may arrange a Coworking Membership barter for their services.

Hours, Pay and Benefits

Assistant Community Manager is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) with the ability to grow alongside the business. Flexible schedule available with morning (9:00am-1:00pm) or afternoon shifts  (1:00pm-5:00pm).

Hourly wages are $18-30/hour, based on experience. Additionally Sales Bonuses are available.

Community Ambassador may commit to a minimum of 8 hours (2 days/4 hour shifts) for a barter on a Coworking Membership. Flexible schedule available with morning (9:00am-1:00pm) or afternoon shifts  (1:00pm-5:00pm). Sales and Referral Bonuses are also available.
