iThrive Coworking is actively growing our leadership team and seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and play a key role in the continued growth of our West Chester and Paoli locations.

This role sits at the heart of our coworking spaces—combining hospitality, operations, sales support, and community leadership. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of relevant experience, thrives in people-facing environments, and is excited to grow with a mission-driven company.

As a Community Manager, you will take ownership of the member experience while ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with the executive team and have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities as iThrive continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for members, guests, and partners
  • Create a welcoming, polished, hospitality-forward experience for all who enter the space
  • Oversee daily coworking operations, ensuring the space is professional, organized, and running smoothly
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with members to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Support membership growth through tours, follow-ups, onboarding, and day-to-day sales conversations
  • Manage administrative, operational, and reporting tasks with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams as needed
  • Support and host events, programming, and community initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the overall member experience
 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in coworking, hospitality, community management, operations, property management, or a customer-facing leadership role
  • Hospitality experience strongly preferred (hotel, events, concierge, guest services, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Experience working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Comfortable with sales, tours, follow-ups, and relationship-based growth
  • Proficient with technology and systems (CRM tools, scheduling software, email, shared docs, etc.)

Compensation, Benefits & Details

  • Salaried Position offering $65,000 to $70,000 with potential to $80,000 per year including performance bonuses based on member retention, new member growth and location performance.

Assistant Community Manager (Part-Time)

iThrive Coworking is growing and seeking a Part-Time Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations and member experience at our West Chester and Paoli locations.

This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality-forward mindset who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is interested in growing with a mission-driven company. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager and iThrive leadership team to ensure smooth operations, exceptional service, and a welcoming, well-run space.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day coworking operations to ensure the space is welcoming, organized, and functioning smoothly

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with members, guests, and small groups
  • Basic comfort with technology and systems (email, shared documents, scheduling tools; CRM experience a plus)

Community Ambassador​

A Community Ambassador is a leader within the community, who serves as an extension of the iThrive team. Community Ambassadors may arrange a Coworking Membership barter for their services.

Hours, Pay and Benefits

Community Ambassador may commit to a minimum of 8 hours (2 days/4 hour shifts) for a barter on a Coworking Membership. Flexible schedule available with morning (9:00am-1:00pm) or afternoon shifts (1:00pm-5:00pm). Sales and Referral Bonuses are also available.

You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence.
