DAY PASSES - CAN I RENT COWORKING SPACE ON A DAILY BASIS?

You sure can! We offer daily work passes for both Coworking ($25/Day) and Offices ($50/Day). Another option would be to pay the hourly rate for one of our Bookable Offices or Meeting Rooms (ranging from $25-$50 hour).

MEMBERSHIP - WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON DAY ONE?

An iThrive team member will greet you and make sure you are set to access the space, connect, and get to work;) We will also make sure you know the lay of the land and all the benefits of being an iThriver. 

MEMBERSHIP - WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DEDICATED DESK AND HOT DESK?

Dedicated desks are assigned to a member who can leave their monitor and other work essentials at their desk. They also have access to a locked filing cabinet. Hot desks are available to all, and hot desk members must remove their belongings from the desk daily.

MEMBERSHIP - CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH A COLLEAGUE?

It depends on the membership type. Some memberships allow for multiple members of a team, while others require an additional fee. Please ask a team member and we would be happy to provide you with a proposal based on your specific needs.

MEMBERSHIP - CAN I LEAVE MY BELONGINGS AT MY DEDICATED DESK?

Yes, you may leave your monitor & work essentials at your dedicated desk. Some locations include a locked filing cabinet at your desk.

MEMBERSHIP - WHY DO BUSINESSES CHOOSE PRIVATE OFFICES OR TEAM SUITES?

A private office is great for groups of 1-9 people looking to have their own space with access to meeting rooms and shared amenities for on-demand use. Team Suites are typically best for groups of 3+ looking to have a private open space for collaboration with private meeting rooms or offices for their team. 

MEMBERSHIP - HOW MUCH SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?

For Dedicated Office & Team Suite Agreements we require only 1 month of your monthly membership as a retainer which will be returned to you at the end of your agreement. It is fully refundable. 

MEMBERSHIP - CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FURNITURE?

Absolutely. All offices come fully furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own items anytime. 

MEMBERSHIP - CAN I HANG ITEMS ON THE WALL OF MY OFFICE?

Please connect with a community manager who can assist with customizing your office. We would like to ensure minimal damage to the walls, while making your office an optimal workspace. Excessive damage to the walls will result in a portion of your Security deposit being kept to cover repair fees.

MEMBERSHIP - ARE MEMBERSHIPS TERMS REALLY MONTH-TO-MONTH?

Yes, we offer month to month, 6-month and 12-month Agreements. Coworking Memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel, while Dedicated Desk and Office Memberships require 60 days’ notice. 

MEMBERSHIP - CAN I CHANGE MY OFFICE SIZE?

Yes, you can scale up or down, depending on your needs. If you select an office within iThrive or a Station Partners property, we will be flexible in order to make the transition seamless.

MEMBERSHIP - CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

NO…. Just kidding – Of course! We know that business needs and personal lives are constantly changing. In order to cancel just shoot an email to us at info@ithrivespace.com with the subject Cancellation Notification. In the email just let us know you no longer need your membership. Remember that we do require 30-day notice for coworking, virtual memberships and team packages. For dedicated spaces (desks, offices or team rooms) we require 60-days.

GUESTS - CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

Yes! We would love it if you brought a friend as a guest for the day.  Members can send an email to us at info@ithrivespace.com and cc your friend so we can make sure they have all the need-to-know info.  Alternatively, fill out our form online and we will set them up with a free day pass.

GUESTS OF THE FURRY VARIETY - CAN I BRING A DOG?

If you have a private office membership we do sometimes allow dogs that are quiet and not disruptive. You need to ask for and sign a waiver. We reserve the right to no longer allow the dog at anytime, if it is disruptive to other members .

REFERRALS - DO YOU OFFER AN INCENTIVE FOR REFERRALS?

Yes!  If you have a friend or colleague that you think would enjoy coworking or office space with us please send them our way!  Depending on the type of membership they sign on for we will give you a gift card or a discount off of your next month’s membership.  You can fill out our form now to send them a free day pass

CREDITS - WHAT CAN I USE MY CREDITS FOR?

Credits are used for rental of Bookable Offices, Meeting Spaces, and Conference Rooms. Meeting Space for 1-5 people are 1 credit per hour. Larger meeting spaces for 6-12 people are  1.5-2 credits per hour.

CREDITS - WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MANY CREDITS I HAVE?

Log in to the Member Portal on your internet browser. Select Billing – Credits. You are not able to see how many credits remain on the App you must use the web portal.

EQUIPMENT - DO YOU HAVE MONITORS I CAN USE?

Yes, we have some extra monitors that are first come, first serve. These monitors are labeled “iThrive Monitor” and are located in the supply area or on the desks. When done using monitor, please return them to where they were originally located.

VIRTUAL ADDRESSES - WHY DO BUSINESSES USE A VIRTUAL ADDRESS?

There are lots of reasons why a business may choose a virtual address. Here are some of the main reasons that our clients choose a virtual address: 

  • A cost effective alternative to a full time office 
  • Low cost and easy way of expanding into new markets 
  • Starting or registering their business 
  • A perfect extension to their home office 
  • Supporting remote and hybrid solutions like Coworking or drop-in memberships 
VIRTUAL ADDRESSES - IF I HAVE TWO COMPANIES, HOW MANY VIRTUAL ADDRESSES DO I NEED?

You need to have a Virtual Address for each company you would like to utilize the address. 

VIRTUAL ADDRESSES - COULD I USE EACH OF YOUR LOCATIONS AS A VIRTUAL ADDRESS FOR MY COMPANY?

Yes, this would require a virtual membership for each location you would like to utilize 

LARGE EVENTS - CAN I BOOK MY LARGE EVENT ONLINE?

Large events require approval from the building management.  Fill out the attached request form, to hold the day/time and you’ll get a call back shortly.  You can find a form online to send them a free pass.

MAIL - HOW OFTEN CAN I COLLECT MY MAIL?

As a Virtual Address Member you can drop in to your chosen Virtual Address location any time to collect your mail. This membership includes 4 credits to book in an office or conference room and 1 day pass to use the coworking space. If you are booking a room you need to do that in advance in the member portal. You can just show up for your day pass. Additional day passes and credits are available for purchase in the member portal.

MAIL - CAN I HAVE PACKAGES DELIVERED TO YOU AS WELL?

Yes, you can have small to medium size packages delivered to iThrive. If you are expecting packages that require a signature you should touch base with a community manager to verify someone will be on site to sign for it. Space is limited at all locations so we will reach out about packages that do not fit in your mail slot and ask you to get them in a timely manner.

LARGE EVENTS - CAN I BOOK MY LARGE EVENT ONLINE?

Large events require approval from the building management.  Fill out the attached request form, to hold the day/time and you’ll get a call back shortly.

FOOD - CAN I BRING IN MY OWN CATERING?

Yes, you are able to bring in your own catering, but a setup and clean up fee may apply. Some locations have an on-site restaurant and/or brewery.

Ask your community manager for recommendations for your location.

GENERAL - WHAT ABOUT EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS?

Our meeting rooms are available to all Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm. If you are a non-member and need afterhours access please contact info@ithrivespace.com with the details of your meeting. Our members enjoy 24/7 access to their offices, coworking space, and meeting rooms. 

GENERAL - DO YOU HAVE RECEPTION SERVICES?

Nope, we like to keep all things simple and equip each member with the tools to access the space and resources as needed.  

GENERAL - ARE YOU STAFFED 24/7?

An iThrive Team Member will be on site weekdays from 9 to 3. We also have a diverse team of Community Ambassadors, Property Managers, and Maintenance Pros who all support our iThrive locations. If you need help or support, call the iThrive helpline (877) 248-2285 or email info@ithrivespace.com.

GENERAL - ARE YOUR SPACES PRIVATE?

All of our spaces are locked with secured iThrive issued access. Each space has an open desk area for coworking as well as locked door private office options.

GENERAL - HOW FAST IS YOUR WIFI?

We have 2 internet connections providing reductant service with an automatic transfer switch should one service go down. Our primary feed is from Verizon at 1GB and back up is from Comcast at 250 Megs. Our WiFi Networks are programed to limit upload and download speeds at 40 megs.

We limit the WiFi network speeds so that every user actually has those network speeds available 99% of the time, even when the space is packed. Without limits, any member could download a very large file in only a few seconds, but cause all other members to momentarily slow down their network speeds. Instead, the member downloading that very large file might take 15 seconds (still very fast) but it won’t interrupt everyone else.

 

GENERAL - ARE YOUR SPACES SUITABLE FOR COUNSELING?

iThrive is locked with member only access and there is no receptionist or waiting room at any of our locations. If you are a therapist doing virtual sessions, we have plenty closed door options available. If you would like to meet in person clients, we have found this is not a good fit at our current locations.
